ESG (environmental, social and governance) is an important set of values which has been a core policy in the business structure of Futureland Developments since the companies creation.
The impact of property and construction on the climate globally is paramount, and it is our goal to reduce carbon-emissions and create sustainable choices in every decision we make - whether in our internal operations, in the developments design, construction materials or methodology, funding, associated organisations, and each developments impact on surrounding communities.
In addition, we are always researching new sustainable technologies, techniques and products to add value. Existing examples include; green roofs, solar technology, building automation, tesla battery implementation, food gardens, sky farms, wall gardens, and utilising alternative building products.
Our developments incorporate sustainability from the ground up, which enable us to pro-actively support climate-change and other environmental impacts.
We collaborate with industry professionals to help us achieve our eco-targets for all of our developments.
