  • Due Diligence, Feasibility & Site Acquisition

    We conduct our backend due diligence and research, to save you money and time, which is essential to a successful development.

  • Concept Design

    After an architect is selected, we design the concept catered to your dream-vision.

  • Pre-construction

    We will engage elite consultants for design & documentation of your project, and coordinate the Development Application (DA) & Construction Certificate (CC) or Construction Drawings for the development/building permits (depending on your state) with our team & Council, to ensure that your project runs on time and within budget, whilst ensuring quality is at it’s peak potential.

  • Construction

    We will tender the project to a selection of head contractors, appoint a builder, negotiate the contract price & terms and manage the whole construction process, ensuring that everything runs to schedule.

  • Sales & Marketing

    During the later design phase, we will coordinate sales and marketing with agencies to bring the property to the purchasers and lock-in sales contracts prior to handover.

  • Handover

    After construction we will check the project for defects, rectify them, then provide operation manuals and finalize any registrations if required.
